Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for Administrator/Receptionist for client in Maidstone.
Working hours: April to October Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm, November to March Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Accounts Rules and conveyancing process.
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Answering and transferring incoming calls
- Postal duties- opening, distributing, and franking post on a daily basis, distributing internal post to appropriate departments
- Booking of meeting rooms
- Hospitality including ordering and providing refreshments for meetings
- Booking taxis and ad hoc travel requests
- Arrange GoTo meetings for the wider team
- Raising purchase orders for invoices as and when required
- Assisting with the administration for company vehicles, including pool vehicle(s)
- Assisting with general administration as instructed on an ad-hoc basis
- Responsible for event booking forms, responses and organising changes where appropriate
- Assisting with arrangements and liaison for company events both externally and internally
- Attend events as required to support the business
- Support internal events, community projects and donations
- Ordering office supplies, stationary and equipment and updating/balancing the expense account and Administration credit card
