An exceptional opportunity for a BDM to join an established and multi award winning digital marketing business to take them to the next level!

The role has become available due to planned growth within the business, with further rapid growth planned over the next 5 years and would suit a Business Development Manager with experience of selling digital marketing, looking for a role that offers both personal and professional development, within a supportive and welcoming team.

Applications are invited from driven, passionate, and knowledgeable individuals to work independently and with the leadership team to bring on high value clients across the nation. You will form close relationships and discover the challenges your potential clients face, helping them to map out a solution to achieve success. You will be comfortable pitching over the phone, face to face, and virtually, with a determination to grow their clients’ brands as well as their own.

The Person:

  • Business Development Manager with proven experience of selling digital marketing (knowing SEO, Paid Search, Social and Content is key!)
  • Experience in planning approaches and pitches as well as writing compelling new business pitches!
  • Evidenced passion for working in the digital marketing industry essential                                                                                                            
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Evidence of working in a team environment towards a common goal.
  • High attention to detail and able to work in an organised and professional manner.
  • Possess an understanding of the consultative sales process.
  • Able to work with a degree of autonomy and achieve results.
  • Ability to generate leads through networking and attending events, researching, and building prospect lists, reviving old contacts as well as following up on internal leads
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience hitting targets, confident telephone manner, excellent time management
  • Agency side experience of selling digital marketing solutions, problem solving and aptitude for online
  • Informal or formal qualifications preferred, but not necessary

The Role:

  • Help drive the growth of a Digital Agency, selling digital marketing solutions to local, national, and international clients
  • Networking, qualifying leads, leading pitches and proposals alongside in-house specialists
  • Working closely with the CEO and Leadership team, bringing on new clients
