Business Support Team Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an employer of choice, located on Kings Hill and specialising in insurance.

This is a fixed term contract role for 12 months and involves the provision of high quality administrative support including accurate data entry.

You will be working 36.25 hours per week Monday to Friday (no Saturdays) with a 45 minute lunch break daily.

This client offers the most amazing working conditions and due to an increase in work-flow within the High Net Worth Department (HNW) our client is looking for an additional Administrator to join this busy team, on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months.

Working within the Business Support Team, this could be absolutely ideal for example for a recent graduate or an A level leaver looking to gain administrative experience for example, who wants to join a forward thinking professional organisation and embrace training.

Working within this friendly team, it is important to confirm it’s all about providing quality administrative support to your colleagues within the Business Support function and it is  equally important to also add no previous experience gained within an insurance environment is required, but good keyboard/data entry skills and a friendly personality are essential.

Salary £17K pro rata, per annum + attractive benefits.
 

In view of the current situation, the successful applicant will initially be working from home (remotely) until there is a confirmed date for you and your colleagues to safely return to the office.

 

Interviews will be completed via video call using either Whatsapp, WebEx or Facetime so you will need access to a PC or laptop.
