Working at the helm of the Customer Experience Team you will take responsibility for all customer escalations, delivering positive outcomes whist protecting brand reputation and values.

• Proven experience managing Customer Service Teams.
• Experience implementing process improvement using data to influence your decisions.
• An ability to balance the needs and requirements of the customer with the business requirements, driving the team to optimum performance.
• You’re confident and capable in data analytics, you have the ability to interpret the data to inform processes
• Experience in team management and development
• You are a true innovator; someone who is never done, always improving
• You are an effective communicator able to flex and adapt your style

The role offers

• A 12-month fixed term contract - Maternity Cover

• Package: Salary up to £35k DOE + benefits including Pension & Medical insurance
• Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm. flexibility for the right person; full-time, part-time, job share etc
