This is a superb long term maternity cover role for an HR Case Officer  and could also be a great development opportunity for an HR Assistant or HR Administrator with a minimum of 12 months  experience in an HR related role who feels ready to embrace that next step.

 

Working within a busy HR Team, this interesting opportunity will focus on supporting the day to day activities within the HR Team in providing high quality and comprehensive HR service to managers and colleagues with particular focus on recruitment, general payroll related activities, general HR administrative support and managing and responding to general HR enquiries.

 

The role will continue for 14 months and includes a 2 month handover in order to be shown the payroll activities required, which can easily be taught.

 

The role will ultimately operate working from home with a requirement to attend the office 1 day per week, just for any scheduled meetings.

 

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

£12.07 - £13.59 per hour depending on qualifications, skills and experience which equates to £23K - £26K per annum as a guide.

Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice or equivalent hands on experience desired.
