We are searching for an HR Specialist (permanent) for a lovely company in Ashford.
Working as part of their friendly and professional team, HR specialist is the first line of contact within the department.
The HR Specialist is akin to an HR Co-ordinator and is responsible for the whole employee lifecycle.
The role will include everything from taking HR enquiries, general HR administration, liaising with preferred supplier recruitment agencies, new starter announcements, managing the HR system and uploading vacancies, ensuring the correct benefits package is applied to the right job vacancy, dealing with basic payroll admin, ie. dealing with time sheets, but not financial payroll matters etc., so a wide and varied position in a particularly fast paced environment, with the opportunity for personal development.
Whilst there is some flexibility on the ideal candidate, CIPD qualification (any level), would be considered an advantage, but equally, hands on experience in a busy HR role acceptable.
