International Customer Fulfilment Supervisor

An exciting new instruction for a key client and global manufacturing organisation for an International Customer Fulfilment Supervisor.
 
You will be the first point of contact for the Global Market Sales/Commercial teams and is all about taking responsibility for leading a team of 6-8 people and taking ownership of the international customer order fulfilment process within European Operations, so we are searching for an individual with a background in customer service, within a multi-national company.
 
In additional, the successful candidate must have good people management/supervisory experience/skills.
Anmy exprience using SAP is helpful but not considered essentrial.
 
You will manage, develop and motivate a team of International Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinators, ensuring the workload is allocated and managed appropriately, working closely with the International Logistics Manager, to ensure cross skilling within the team.
 
You will put in place development plans for each team member and include regular 1:1’s, completing regular performance reviews along the way
 
Additional Required Skills & Competencies:
Team leadership and development
Knowledge of the export sales process and general shipping documentation
An understanding of INCOTERMS 2020
Good levels of numeracy, confidence, accuracy with figures and a strong attention to detail etc.
 
Responsibilities:
•Maintain weekly and monthly order fulfilment reports, to be communicated to key stakeholders globally
•Own end of month documentation procedure and accruals
•Liaison with Supply Chain for order availability, Logistics for order dispatch dates and Finance for credit status
•Maintaining and updating the Abnormal Demand tracker for Supply Planning Department.
•New customer on boarding process. 
•Review business processes and reporting, simplify and automate where possible to improve customer experience
•Be responsible for portfolio of own customers, and lead your team by example:
•Verify orders against forecast, lead-time, minimum order quantities, palletisation and containerisation compliance, and stock availability. Communicate any supply issues with Supply Chain, Logistics and International Customers.
•Enter verified orders onto SAP and raise / send order confirmations to customers. Monitor order process for stock availability  and other supply issues and communicate these to Customers.
•Providing third party warehouse with Export Specification forms for shipments.
•Liaise with customers on queries relating to order status, delivery dates, invoicing and delivery queries.
•Be the point of liaison between internal functions to ensure that orders are fulfilled complete and on-time.
•Raise / organise all relevant paperwork for overseas shipments, including: invoices, pro-forma invoices, certificates of free sale, certificates of Origin and documentation/process required for product registration, such as Certificates of Analysis and notarisation.
•Investigating and issuing credits and debits.  
•Co-ordinate overseas product samples with required documentation.
