My client is looking for a PA/Secretary in their Medway offices. Their team is focused on delivering financial planning services and having been stablished since 2008 they have taken the market by storm offering a bespoke financial advice in all areas. They combine the expertise of qualified Mortgage Advisers with Financial Planners to support all their clients.

They are an independent and directly authorised by the FCA, meaning that they able to provide their clients with the whole of market advice and have complete control over how they run their business.  They have a great working ethos and are totally supportive of their staff and enjoy a friendly and professional working atmosphere in their unique offices.  They value their staff and know the happier they are, the better their work will be. They make sure that everyone feels supported, challenged and inspired.

Their two Sales Directors require a PA/Secretary that has come from a financial services background and who understands the financial sector to assist in their day to day requirements.

JOB SPECIFICATION DETAILS

You will need to manage incoming calls and emails

Minute taking and reporting after branch internal meeting

Make appointments for new and existing clients, annual reviews and other meetings as required. Prepare meeting packs

Providing client support required via phone, email or post.

Attend external events where required

Maintaining and organising the managers diaries

Set up client files and filing

Produce client specific documents that are sometimes of a confidential nature

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Clear PA experience

Experience within the financial services sector

Someone who is passionate about client satisfaction

A person who is dynamic, positive, outgoing, professional and confidential in undertaking all aspects of their role.

Candidates must be articulate, numerate, well presented and used to dealing with people at all levels.

Someone that is comfortable working to tight deadlines.

A team player, who is comfortable working closely with their managers but is equally comfortable working on their own and within a team.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08-45 – 17.30
