Our client is an independent, proprietor-led letting and estate agency covering the South East from their offices in Ashford, Canterbury and Maidstone.

They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced WFH Property Management Administrator to join their well-established company. You will be expected to have a good track record working within the lettings industry and ideally in the Kent area along with being a self-motivated team player. On offer is a generous salary package dependant on experience.

Responsibilities:

Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Management Administrator to join their well-established company. You will be expected to have a good track record working within the lettings industry and ideally in the Kent area along with being a self-motivated team player. This position will be working from home although head office is based in Canterbury.

You will be responsible for dealing with all enquiries from Tenants and Landlords to ensure smooth and efficient running of the property portfolio. Dealing with all maintenance issues - both dealing with the initial report from the Tenant and then liaising with both Landlord and Contractor to ensure satisfactory completion of repairs. Liaising and co-operating with relevant Lettings Negotiators on matters pertaining to the property portfolio. Ensuring gas and electrical safety checks are up to date, check in and check out appointments and general day to day correspondence and administration related to this role.

You will be required to have strong administrative skills, be a confident problem solver and can work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail. You will need to be self-motivated, highly organised and be able to work remotely from home.

Remuneration:  Subject to experience + additional benefits + perks.
