Position Overview: We are currently recruiting an organised and detail-oriented Accommodation Administrator to join their team. As an Accommodation Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of accommodation suppliers. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with residents and suppliers, and maintaining accurate records. This is a part-time position offering flexible working hours, allowing for work-life balance.


  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks related to accommodation management.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident and suppler information.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist in the management of resident move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and inventory checks when required.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient procedures.


  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using office software and database management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings, as required.
