Analytical Administrator

Ref: CP7154-2 Salary: £DOE Contract Type: TemporaryLocation: Folkestone

This position is ideal for a good all-rounder and is presented on a long-term temporary basis, for around 6 months with the possibility of extension.

We are searching for someone personable and reliable who is able to take responsibility for all Data Analytics and administration, with a focus on training and development of personnel within the Quality department.

Previous experience in a quality-focused environment is essential, ideally within the medical devices, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic sectors. This role would suit someone who is confident working within regulated industries and understands the importance of compliance and quality systems.

Key skills and experience:

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Able to prioritise effectively
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience within Quality, ideally in medical devices, cosmetics, or a regulated industry
  • Experience with CAPA beneficial but not essential
  • Advanced understanding of MS Excel

Hours: 37 per week (9am–5pm Mon–Thurs, 9–4:30 Fri) with 45 min lunch break (30 mins unpaid, 15 paid)
