Clinic Administrator

  • Location: Hybrid with Travel to Sites in Margate, Canterbury and Ashford.
  • Salary: £22,816 -  £24,316 per annum (Plus a 30%  uplift for Saturdays and 60% for Sundays)
  • This is very much a team position and there is a need for applicants to be flexible in terms of their availability.

    This particular team operates across a 7-day rota system, between the hours of 8am and 8pm

    You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week.

    Your hours of work will be arranged between you and your fellow team members, depending on the clinic times, so some of your working days will be short, others longer, but ultimately 37.5 hours per week over 7 days.


Our client is expanding their Administration / Customer Services team and recruiting for friendly, welcoming and dedicated person to join the Clinic Administration team.


You should have experience of working in an office environment, making appointments and have a keen eye for detail as well as be able to display exceptional customer service skills at all times.


Qualifications and Experience


  • Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) Grade C or above.
  • NVQ 2 or 3 in Customer Services (Desirable)
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with the public both over the phone and face to face.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft packages
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Your own transport is essential in order to travel between sites.


Please note: this role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis and is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure. You will be required to travel to clinics in Margate, Canterbury and Ashford along with working from home. Clinics are open on occasions 7 days a week so flexibility is required.
