A leading design and manufacturing studio for acoustics currently requires a Customer Service Advisor, based in Folkestone
The role will sit in the business operations team and will be a customer service role, also requiring sales support and administrative tasks.
You will need to be willing to get stuck in, have a can-do attitude, and enjoy seeing projects through to completion.
Customer Service key objectives:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both external and internal
- Ensure all enquiries are followed up in a timely manner
- Provide accurate pricing, ensuring all costs are captured and we are achieving target margin
- Supporting the business operations team with administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department
Customer Service desired skills:
- Sales pricing/quoting/estimating experience
- Customer service experience, including talking on the phone to clients.
- Excel skills, and experience of basic formulae such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, etc.
- Experience of working on various computer software
Customer Service Package:
A very competitive base, auto enrolment, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and an additional 3 day’s holiday at Christmas.
