This is a fabulous opportunity with an immediate start required, WORKING FROM HOME for the local Council in a Customer Services capacity.
The role has become available to cover the secondment of another employee into another department and the role will run from now until mid-May 2021!
What we are seeking in an individual:
Solid customer service experience, good communication skills, a great telephone manner as you will be answering the switchboard, responding to general enquiries, responding to emails received in a shared in box and passing over calls to the appropriate department.
Basic administrative skills required as you will also be responding to a shared in box.
Good IT skills including MS Office.
Excellent rate of pay - £10.28 per hour
37 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Hour for lunch
You also accrue holiday pay a well!
