What skills are required:
These positions are within a large insurance company located on Kings Hill.
All you need is a great telephone manner and good IT skills where you can update a system with accurate information.
What will you be doing?
Providing customer service support within the Pet Insurance Claims Team in terms of outbound calling.
However, it is important to quality these are NOT sales calls, but instead, you are providing support to your colleagues in the Pet Claims Team to chase outstanding information in order for their claims to be assessed.
For example, you may be telephoning the policy holder, who may have requested a call back from the insurance company with an update of their claims journey.
You could be chasing copies of invoices from the veterinary practice dealing with the insurance claim in order for the claims processing to move along, so generally gathering information from various sources.
You would be expected to make 50+ calls per days, which is totally realistic as all you will be doing is gathering this information, updating the system and moving on to the next enquiry.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday.
9am – 5pm with 45 minute lunch break.
On site restaurant and coffee shop.
