Head of Paraplanning Role:

This position would encompass both elements of paraplanning and management as you would be working with the paraplanning team to provide a high level of technical support to the firm’s clients.

As Head of Paraplanning you will be supporting the wider business by being involved in operations meetings and working with the directors at the firm.

This role would suit someone who is an accomplished Paraplanning Team Leader / Head of Paraplanning but is looking to step into a new position to add to this skillset further and take on a bigger challenge in their career.

Head of Paraplanning Required Skills:

• Team Management
• Level 4 Diploma Qualified as a minimum
• Experience of working with an IFA or Wealth Management firm
• Experience of writing tailored suitability reports for various clients.
• A desire and interest to continue developing your skillset.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence and ability to deal with clients in a professional, personable manner.
• Good understanding of the FCA and how a Financial services firm operates
