Recruitment Solutions (Folkestone) Ltd. has been appointed to assist with the recruitment of an HR Administrator for a lovely and established client in Ashford, who, due to a heavy workload needs an additional resource in the team for a fixed period of 3 months.
Previous experience within an HR Administrator or HR Assistant role together with the ability to handle matters of a confidential nature is required.
The HR Assistant will be the first point of contact within the busy HR Department , so good communication skills are also required, together with a friendly personality a must.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
General HR administrative duties
Booking meetings rooms
Raising purchase orders relating to recruitment
Referencing and right to work checks
Providing administrative support in relation to recruitment and selection process
Communicating with candidates
Organising assessment tests
Providing general HR administrative support to the HR Team as a whole.
Hours of work:
You will be working 37 hours per week
Salary, iro £22K per annum, pro rata
