HR, HR Officer, Human Resources,
Fabulous opportunity for an HR professional who is perhaps in between roles at the moment, who would be happy to embrace this interesting temporary opportunity with a lovely, well established company and key employer in the area, who needs an additional HR resource to help deliver some pieces of work.
In terms of duration, 3 months as a minimum, could be slightly longer, but we are ultimately looking for an individual who would commit and who can hit the ground running.

Please note the role itself will mainly be working from home for the duration of the contract. This client is encouraging colleagues to work from home, although there would naturally be an initial short term requirement to work from the office, but please note the HR Team is working on a rotating basis when in the office, to keep numbers to an absolute minimum during this time.
This could for example, be ideal for an individual at HR Officer level, but majoring on recruitment.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience of change management and communication.
Can head up a Restructure.
Understands how to put job descriptions together.
Recruitment of QA professional roles and liaise with agencies/preferred suppliers.
Liaise with the Total Rewards team to Benchmark some roles.
Has an understanding of IR35 and liaison with contractors.
A friendly approach is equally important!
If you feel you have the level of experience to manage the above pointers, then we would love to hear from you.
Please apply with an up to date CV but remember, we are looking for someone who is available for an immediate start.
The role is based in Ashford with free parking available.
An attractive hourly rate is available, depending on experience.
