A rapidly growing but well established company in the IT market are on the an experienced IT Support Engineer based in the busy office in Kent.
The right candidate will be providing 1st and 2nd line customer support through mainly phone and remote access although there will be occasions where you will be required to visit site and address more complex issues.
To be successful in this role you must have experience working with Windows 10 and Office 365 as well as being up to date on the latest Cyber security.
Ideally you will have some knowledge of Network and Window Server as well as excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
Communication is a vital part of this role so you will need to be a strong communicator in both a written and verbal context.
Due to the nature of this role the successful applicant must have a full driving license and own transport.
