Paid Media Manager

Salary circa: £27K - £37K largely depending on experience together with amazing benefits, too many to mention but they include:

The flexible working allows you to work at home or in the office, but you will need to be UK based as you will be required to also attend the office for client meetings/team days a minimum of 3 days per week.

Evidence of successful team management and ability to inspire team members.

Platform Proficiency:

A track record of effectively utilising paid advertising tools such as *Google Ads, *Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive campaign success.


The ability to provide clear examples of transparent and effective communication in both written and verbal interactions across teams.

Strategic Thinking:

The ability to provide examples of problem-solving abilities and strategic planning that resulted in improved campaign performance and client satisfaction.

Google Ads and Facebook Ads:

Ideally looking for someone who has managed budgets of 10k per month or more and has an advanced level of knowledge on PPC.

Meta knowledge is considered very useful, but not as essential.


The Role includes but is not limited to:

As Paid Manager, you will require experience in managing budgets and lead the execution of  paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta and your mission, should you wish to accept it, will be to align these campaigns with overarching marketing objectives, driving brand awareness, engagement  and maximising ROI.

Manage the workload of team members and help develop the paid media skills of the team whilst at the same time empower the team and guide them to greatness, always ensuring their knowledge is up there in order to conquer!

Inspire, nurture and coach the Paid team.

Ensure adherence to best practice  and continually develop your own skills

You will work closely with the Account Teams to identify opportunities for client growth.

Support Strategic Account Manager and the Paid Team on the delivery of strategy.

Work collaboratively with the Senior Paid Manager.

Line Manage the Paid Execs and Senior Paid Execs in the team.

Delegate tasks effectively to the team via Asana.

Facilitate weekly meetings with the Paid team.

Work with the wider team to implement new paid search ad paid social processes and automations to keep at the forefront of paid search and social innovation.

Act as Brand Ambassador and thought leader internally.

Look after the company image.

Always awaken potential in yourself.


What we are looking for in terms of experience:

3 years + experience in PPC/Paid Social

An evidenced passion for working in the digital marketing industry essential

Be required to be Google Ads & Facebook Blueprint Certified.

Informal or formal qualifications are preferred, but not necessary, if you have a good level of hands on experience

Proven ability to manage team members

Experience using Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Analytics

Strong grasp of mathematics and basic stats

Keen ability to problem solve and find solutions

Manage own time and own workload

Manage and inspire a team

Ability to manage key stakeholders, internally and externally.

A good sense of humour is a must!
