The Job Role:

As Sales Consultant, you will meet, greet, and show round, prospective buyers of absolutely breathtaking properties, a residential scheme, with spectacular views across the English Channel.

Our client has already finished the first phase of development with a large number of properties available now, plus outline planning consent for a further 1,000 homes, has been obtained!

The role is all about following simple processes and is ideal for someone with not only excellent organisational skills, but outstanding people skills as well.

The Sales Consultant will be required to follow up on any new enquiries/viewings from the initial enquiry, through to completion, ensuring a seamless transition, including keeping the client informed along the way.

You will ensure every customer contact is recorded on the relevant system and in line with GDPR.

The Sales Consultant will review the site presentation daily, to ensure all standards are off the scale!

Place of work: Folkestone

Working hours: 9am – 5pm

5 days per week: primarily Thursday to Monday, although there is some flexibility to exchange some of the weekend work with a colleague, to make it more workable.

Full time permanent

An attractive basic salary circa £35K basic + 10% bonus, with OTE earnings of £45K +
