A new instruction for a Sales Operations Associate with an established manufacturing client in the area.
The role is placed within the Marketing function of the business, so we are looking to source a candidate from a sales operations/sales administration background, who can really make this position their own and become an integral member of the team.
This role is very much an admin support role within the function and ideal for an individual with experience working alongside international sales teams, or sales operations, with cross functional collaboration, together with good project management capabilities, good analytical skills, combined with a really good understanding of customer management.
This is a critical role supporting the Marketing team, in driving sales growth, tracking performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction, a team player who enjoys being hands on, who wants to get involved, who enjoys working under pressure and who wants to make a difference.
Good rate of pay
The role is initially presented on a minimum fixed term basis for 12 months (very likely to be for longer).
Start date preferred 13th March 2024 to facilitate a short handover
37 hours per week
Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday
The role also offers hybrid working!
Experience in international sales or sales operations
Experience of working in a cross functional and complex environment
Analytical skills with equally strong proficiency in Excel
Competency in SAP
Experience with CRM
Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
High attention to detail
Good planning and organisational skills
Efficient working under pressure and good time management
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Languages: English (essential), Dutch/any other European language helpful although NOT considered essential.
