A great opportunity for a Senior Administrator with project co-ordinator experience.
The role is with a global manufacturing client and is being presented on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months, with a possibility of continuation thereafter plus attractive salary and benefits available.
Hybrid working is available, so entirely home based in the short term and then it will be 2/3 days in the office with the remainder working from home!
You must be happy working within a fast paced and varied environment with no two days the same!
We are looking for someone pro-active, co-operative, with a positive approach to work. You will be providing comprehensive administrative support to the PMO Team in the delivery of its portfolio, plus supporting the Project Managers in their day to day activities that requires significant administrative back up as well.
As Project Management Office Co-ordinator, you will work across multiple projects and organisational functions to support with planning, co-ordination and administration activities.
The role is heavily focused towards supporting the New Product Development programme delivery team to administer tasks, track progress and support with the development launch of NPD projects.
We are also looking for:
Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong administrative capabilities.Outstanding organisation skills a must. Friendly, professional personality and a “can do” approach to everything you do.
An attractive basic salary is available. 24 days annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays) plus you can buy/sell 2 days per annum. Up to 9% matched pension contribution.
