Who recruited in a global pandemic? WE DID! It feels fitting on International Woman’s Day 2021 we are welcoming our new addition to the RSFL team. Vicki has over 5 years’ experience as a generalist recruiter, working across a variety of sectors placing candidates in both temporary and permanent roles. Vicki prides herself on building strong relationships with both her clients and candidates to ensure the best possible fit not only in terms of skill sets required, but to fully understand company cultures, motivators, and the general bigger picture. It's going to be a big adjustment working from home and returning to the a very different world to the one she left 10 months ago to have her first child, but we are confident that Vicki has the drive to succeed in an ever changing market and we are all excited for the journey ahead.
