Credit Control Assistant
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm & Friday 9am to 4:30pm
Status: Temporary for a duration of up to 6 months.
We are currently working in association with a client in Folkestone who are seeking a strong Administrator to join their Accounts department as a Credit Control Assistant. Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a Finance environment
You will be responsible for responding to all queries concerning Accounts Receivable, issuing monthly statements, producing credit notes and invoices, chasing debt via telephone and other credit control duties that are required within the team.
The successful candidate will have:
- A willingness and ability to adapt rapidly to changing requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for numbers.
- An excellent telephone manor.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Conversant with word processing package MS Word and MS Excel.
Due to the status of this role the successful candidate will be required to commence immediately.
