Finance Administrator

Ref: HM7111 Salary: £12.36-£15.42 Contract Type: ContractLocation: Folkestone

We have an immediate requirement for a Finance Administrator to complete a 6 month placement with an established client located in the heart of Folkestone,.

Hybrid working!

The role is within the public sector and  is required to provide resilience in the team and help through a busy period.

 

Applicants must be available for an immediate start ie. within the next 7/10 days.

 

The role will include a combination of the following:

Processing invoices for payment (goods receipting etc)

Setting up purchase requisitions

Debtor/creditor queries and research on the finance system

Payment traces ie. to the bank

Processing bank exceptions identified

BACS batch processing queries

Any other basic finance transactions processing/finance system interrogation.

 

Rate of Pay:

£12.36 - £15.42 per hour

Full time hours

6 month contract
