Part-Time Temporary Administrator (Potential to Become Permanent)

We are currently looking for a reliable and capable Temporary Administrator to support our small, busy team.

Hours:
Approximately 3 hours per day, 3 days per week
Days: Either Tuesday/Thursday/Friday or Wednesday/Thursday/Friday (flexible)
Hours: Between 11am–3pm (flexible within this window, but not earlier than 11am)

The Role:
This is a varied administrative position involving:

  • Accurate touch typing

  • Filing and document organisation

  • Handling incoming telephone calls with a professional and friendly manner

  • General office administration duties

About You:

  • Confident touch typist

  • Highly organised with good attention to detail

  • Comfortable handling telephone enquiries

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Willing to learn and take initiative

A background in finance would be highly advantageous. This could include experience working in a bank, building society, mortgage brokerage, or similar financial services environment.
