Reception Administrator

RSFL have the pleasure of working with a busy forward-thinking company who are thriving in their industry. We are recruiting for a proactive, organised individual with a can-do attitude to join their front of house team.

You will be required execute both administrative and reception duties in a timely and professional manor to the highest of standards with a strong focus on delivering exceptional levels of customer services to all callers and visitors.

This is a diverse role, with the first priority of act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Answering phones, enquiries and overseeing the inbox, managing mail and overseeing the management of meeting rooms and preparation for upcoming meetings.

It will include overseeing all cleaning, facilities, security and fire extinguisher contracts and procedures and assisting with keeping risk assessments reviewed and up to date. You will also be involved in coordinating staff CPD’s as well as welfare group activities such as organising Christmas parties and events.

This role will suit someone who’s willing to muck in and be a good all round team player. 

The successful candidate will have:

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential and Adobe Creative Suite programmes would be highly beneficial.
  • A friendly, personable, and approachable personality.
  • You will possess an excellent telephone manner and be effective in answering queries and completing tasks.

This role will be initially a work from home position, so a strong mindset to learn remotely is required, however you will be required to return to the office when it safe to reopen the business.  

Full time role – Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.30

This role is being offered on a contract basis to cover a period of Maternity commencing in April 2021.
