Charity Facilities Coordinator
Location: Folkestone, Kent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full-time, flexible hours required)
Salary: £23,900 per annum
Contract: Fixed-term (15 September 2025 – 15 March 2026), with potential for extension

Make a Difference
We are seeking a compassionate and capable Coordinator to lead the delivery of a vital seasonal service supporting vulnerable individuals. Operating from a dedicated site in Folkestone, our client provides temporary accommodation and a path toward more stable facilities for clients during the coldest months of the year.

As Coordinator, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations from client intake and support to managing volunteers and maintaining strong partnerships with local churches and community groups. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for individuals, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across all involved stakeholders.

About You:
We’re looking for someone with:

  • A sound understanding of related support services
  • Strong project management skills
  • Confidence in managing challenging behaviours and maintaining professional boundaries
  • The ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate people
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and client databases
  • An empathetic and respectful approach to working with vulnerable people
